In order to best understand the
trade practices of other countries, Hart International has entered
into working agreements with associate offices around the globe.
In most instances these associate offices have mandated Hart
International to exclusively source opportunities in South Africa
for them. In terms of these agreements we have written, specific
mandates and all the necessary authority in order to secure
contracts on their behalf. We do all the groundwork in South Africa,
and host them on their visit to the country to sign the final
contract.
